If I want to supply my own file, what file formats are accepted?
We accept AutoCAD DXF, DWG, DWF, Parasolids, ACIS, Autodesk Inventor, IPT, IAM, IDW, CATIA V5, KeyCreator, Pro/E, Rhino, Solid Edge, SolidWorks, UG, SpaceClaim, Excel, Word, .txt files.

What tolerances are held?
Positioning tolerance +/-.00508mm (.0002") Diameter tolerance +/-.00508 (.0002") We also achieve pitch of 0.0508mm (.002”) and aspect ratios 5x to 10x diameter, sometimes more depending on accuracy required.

What kind of equipment do we use to drill holes?
We have taken precision machining centers and performed our own customization to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
What do you use to quality inspect holes?
We use video inspection equipment with a minimum of 250x magnification. Full reporting capabilities are available.
What are your lead times?
Lead times vary based on number of holes and material used. If standard part sizes and pocket sizes are used, we keep parts in stock for immediate starting of our process. We offer partial deliveries for no additional set up fee.
